Official Submission Rules & Participation Agreement

Please read carefully. Submission to the Yellow & Co. Comedy Competition constitutes agreement to the following terms and conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Yellow & Co. Comedy Competition (“Competition”) is open to stand-up comedians who:

• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of submission
• Are legally permitted to perform in the United States
• Submit materials within the official submission period

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Yellow & Co. Events may be excluded at the discretion of the Competition.

2. SUBMISSION PERIOD

Submissions open at 12:01 AM PST on February 9, 2026 and close at 11:59 PM PDT on March 31, 2026.

Late submissions will not be considered.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Participants must complete the official submission form located at:

 www.yellowandcoevents.com

Each submission must include:

• A video link (YouTube or equivalent platform) featuring a live stand-up      comedy performance
• Performance video must be:
  • One continuous set
  • Maximum length of five (5) minutes
  • Clearly audible and viewable
  • Publicly accessible (not private or password-protected)

Highlight reels, compilation edits, or incomplete performances will not be accepted.

If a submitted video exceeds five minutes, only the first five minutes may be reviewed at the discretion of the Panel.

Participants may submit multiple entries during the submission period.

4. SELECTION PROCESS

All submissions will be reviewed by a judging panel selected by Yellow & Co.

Evaluation criteria include:

• Material (25%)
• Stage Presence (25%)
• Originality (25%)
• Audience Response/Vote (20%)
• Wow Factor (5%)

Decisions of the Panel are final.

5. NOTIFICATION & ACCEPTANCE

Selected performers will be notified via email on or about April 8, 2026.

Participants must confirm acceptance within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of participation.

Non-selected applicants may also receive notification via email.

The final lineup will be announced publicly on or around April 17, 2026.

6. MATERIALS & RIGHTS

By submitting, Participants grant Yellow & Co. Comedy Competition a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted materials for:

• Judging purposes
• Promotional and marketing use
• Website, social media, and print promotion

Participants represent that:

• Submitted materials are original
• They hold all necessary rights to the performance and content
• Materials do not infringe on third-party rights

Materials containing unlawful content or prohibited material may be disqualified.

7. RECORDING & MEDIA RELEASE

Competition performances may be photographed and recorded.

By participating, performers grant Yellow & Co. the right to:

• Record audio, video, and photographic material
• Use recordings for promotional, archival, and marketing purposes across all      media formats

8. CODE OF CONDUCT

All participants agree to maintain professional conduct.

Yellow & Co. maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward:

• Harassment
• Discrimination
• Unsafe orillegal behavior

Violation may result in removal from the Competition without refund or further participation.

Prohibited items include firearms, explosives, or any dangerous materials.

9. TRAVEL & RESPONSIBILITY

Participants are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and personal expenses unless otherwise specified.

Participants assume responsibility for their personal safety and property while attending Competition events.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Yellow & Co. Comedy Competition is not responsible for:

• Technical submission issues
• Lost or damaged materials
• Travel disruptions
• Personal injury or property loss

11. COMPETITION MODIFICATIONS

Yellow & Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition if necessary.
